Reservation Policies

Important Information


The owners of Triple Tree welcomes family groups and responsible adults.   No sororities, fraternities or un-chaperoned groups will be allowed.  Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. 

Deposit Policy
        A 50% deposit is due upon making your reservation. Deposits apply to last night of stay. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival, unless it is a short notice booking.  (Visa, MC, Discover and AE accepted as well as certified check or cash).

Cancellation Policy
       
Cancellations are refundable (less a $50.00 handling fee) upon notice of not less than 14 days. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of total lodging cost, unless unit is re-booked.    Notice of cancellation received within 7 days of arrival, or if guest is a no-show will receive no refund and will be responsible for full lodging amount.  Reservations are guaranteed and guests are responsible for entire period reserved.

Damage Deposit Policy
       
Upon arrival, an imprint of a major credit card or $500.00 cash is required. A $1000 damage deposit is required when renting the large 4 bedroom Chalet or Townhouse.  A full inspection and inventory of each property is performed before and after each stay and any damage or missing items will be charged to your deposit. For your protection, you should do a quick inspection of your unit and report any damage within two hours of your arrival. 

Occupancy Limits
    
    Occupancy limits are determined by local health and fire laws.  These limits must be adhered to, and maximum occupancy includes children.  Rates are based on number of people staying in unit, as stated when making reservation.  Additional charges will be incurred if extra people stay in unit. 

Pets
       Pets are not permitted on premises.  Any violation of this rule is grounds for immediate eviction without refund and possible loss of security deposit.


Check-In Policy

    
    Check-In time is 5:00 p.m. We do our best to have your unit ready earlier to allow for an early check-in, so please check with us if interested in coming earlier in the day.

Check-Out Policy
     
  Checkout time is 12:00 pm.  Each hour after 12 pm  there will be a $25 charge. Upon checkout,  turn off appliances, empty refrigerator, wash and put away dishes, remove trash, and lock all windows and doors securely. Unit must be left as neat as you found it upon arrival in order to avoid additional maintenance fees.

Items Left Behind

    Check the unit thoroughly for all of your belongings before you depart.  Triple Tree will not be held responsible for any items you leave behind.  We will make every effort to recover the item(s).   The item(s) will be sent to you C.O.D. plus a $10.00 handling fee.

HOLIDAY

Payment Policy

Reservations will be held with a 50% deposit. Payment in full must be received 21

days before arrival and payment can be by check, money order or cashier's check.

Although security deposit can be done with credit card, payment for room rental

cannot be made with credit card for holiday periods.
