There's no place like Vermont in the summer-time.  Silver streams sing through the sheltered valleys.  Woodlands soften the green mountain slopes.  Enjoy old-fashioned church suppers, historic sights and experience the regions variety and charm.   Summer is a great time to enjoy and explore:  swim, hike, bike, play golf and tennis, climb, fish, hunt, bird watch, shop, ride a horse or take an airplane ride.

 Summer Monthly Rentals

  • Rates are based on 2 people occupying unit, except for the 4 BR home.

  • Linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee

  • House Set-up Starter Kit (Hand Soaps & Shampoo, Dish Detergent, Toilet Paper & Garbage bags).

  • Phone service included (long distance must be made using phone card)

  • Utilities included

  •  our units are non-smoking.

Please let us know your preference so that we can accommodate you.

  Unit is clean and ready upon your arrival.  An after departure cleaning fee of $50  to cover the additional maintenance that is necessary after a long-term stay. 

Summer long term rentals require complete pre-payment via check (No Credit Cards accepted) along with a $250 damage deposit.  This damage deposit is refunded within 14 days after your departure.
